P&F Meeting This Week- WE NEED YOU!
New members are always welcome, even at this stage of the year! We would love to boost our P&F members and be ready for 2026.
The Parents & Friends Committee is holding their second last meeting for the year this week, Tuesday, October 14th at 7.30pm in the P&F Room (located next to the rainbow mural). All parents, friends, grandparents and carers are welcome to attend! New volunteers welcome, come and get to know other school parents and help us plan our events for the year!
Contribute as little or as much as you like. Any input is greatly appreciated and goes a long way towards sharing the load...even one hour!
Being a member of the P&F provides an opportunity for you to connect with other families, be informed about what is happening in our school, share ideas and suggestions, contribute to social events, fundraising, and have a voice in the things that continue to make our school a wonderful place to be part of.
We would love to see you there and look forward to welcoming you.
Dad's Weekend Away
The Dad's Group had their annual weekend away recently, enjoying a restful break in beautiful Phillip Island. After a relaxing Friday night, Saturday's big event was an ebike scenic tour of half the island, with lunch at a local pub to finish off the sightseeing. A great day out minus slight ebike tech difficulties for some, which made the finish line that much more rewarding!
The next Dad's Group event is on this Friday, 17th October with pool and darts to be enjoyed at a venue to be confirmed. Details to follow in the WhatsApp Group soon so save the date! Bunnings Barbecue
The P&F Committee held their final large fundraising event of the year last week with a Bunnings barbecue! Despite the blustery wind, the snags were selling and cold drinks were in high demand thanks to the mild spring weather! We'd like to extend a huge thanks to Kendell Entwisle for organising another terrific barbecue - it's no small feat and thanks to Kendell's efficient planning the day ran smoothly! Uniform shop
The next date for term 4 uniform shop sales are Thursday, October 30th. Stock up on summer items and donate your PSW brand winter uniforms for resale. Cash and EFT payment methods are available.
