St Catherine's seeks to provide, as far as practicable, a safe and supportive environment for your child. If your child has a diagnosed health condition and requires specific care needs or has a medical condition, the school will work with parents to ensure the inclusion and safe particpation of all students in educational experiences.

Parents will need to provide the school with a:

Medical Management Plan

and/or Specfic Conditions Forms e.g. asthma, diabetes, epilepsy management plan

and/or Medication Authority Form

The school will provide parents with a:

Student Health Support Plan

Medical Management Communication Plan

Policies relating to the Medical Management of students with health or medical conditions.
