Market Wrap up
What a fabulous night the Market was!  Thank you to the team who worked so hard to make it happen and to everyone who came on the night to make it such a success.  I am delighted to announce that we raised an amazing $3,652.67.
An event such as this doesn't just happen, it takes months of work by a group of dedicated people who have put in such an enormous amount of time and effort around their families, work commitments and everyday life stuff!   A massive thank you to Suzanne Currie our Stallholder Coordinator.  This was an enormous job, and I am so grateful for everything Suzanne did...we wouldn't have had a market without her!  
A huge thank you to Jess Wilson and Lisa Anstee who sourced all the awesome prizes for the raffle and then organised and ran the raffle process.  I'm sure you'll all agree the prize pool was amazing! Thanks also to Jess and her husband Cam for our beautiful market logo and organising all the advertising boards.  You guys are terrific!
Enormous thanks to Tracie Langdon & Terri Wilson for running the sausage sizzle, Karen Glancy for all her work with the craft stall and organising the games and lots of other running around, Wendy Bartleman for organising and running the cake stall, Julia Runci for her social media expertise in running the Facebook page and organising and running the lucky dip stall, Abbey Webster for baking all the cupcakes and then organising and running the cupcake decorating stand and Laura McKell for organising Ormond Ice Cream and her assistance with the cupcakes.  Thank you also to Kath Barca and Sandra Renahan for their assistance and to everyone who helped out on the night either manning a stall, helping direct stall holders, running games, setting up (especially Karen, Virginia and Aneta) and packing up. 
Finally a massive thank you to Cate James who provided me with so much assistance in coordinating communication, money and so many other things...thanks so much Cate!!
I hope I haven't forgotten anyone (if I have I'm so sorry!)
Graduation
We are looking for Grade 5 parents to assist with the Grade 6 Graduation evening.  If you can assist setting up the hall after school on Tuesday (straight after school) or on Wednesday night from 6.00pm - 8.30pm serving dinner and packing up afterwards it would be appreciated.  Please let Terri Wilson or myself know your availability
Xmas Raffle
We have a terrific hamper to raffle off on the last day of term.  Included are some fabulous vouchers and lots of toys!  Tickets will be sent home this week and will be $1 each (book of 10).  The raffle will be drawn on the last day of school.
Finally, if you'd like to be involved in helping to organising events next year or have some terrific ideas on what the parent community could do in 2020, please don't hesitate to contact me!
